Bugs seen so far (playing expansion not warlock version):
Cadavars in Durance of Hate glide around in T pose
Evil urns in act 5 create some crazy graphical bug (like a dying gfx card)
Can no longer see what skills are active in left and right slot (skills do still work though, and quick cast is fine).
Some textures are missing, others are simply wrong. For example, the Yetis in Act 1 are invisible. On the way to Nihlathak, the ground has incorrect textures, or rather, several textures layered on top of each other, including a bright orange color. Scanning and repairing has no effect.
Sorc is completely bugged. Even in Main Menu her grafics are not visible and trying to play her is impossible. THIS IS MY MAIN CHAR! Get it right asap please.
-Next one: Ama Game - Merc is only a spear hovering in mid air. Merc not visible. Smith Act 5 not visible, Grafic errors…
A patch is meant to fix things, not to mess up the whole game.
Same for creating new chars. Grafic “Blizzard”. Nothing visible on screen. 
Update: After updating and installing the add-on, textures were missing and some were completely incorrect. The repair function didn't fix the problem. After reinstalling, it's no longer possible to access the game.
After installing the Warlock expansion the automap stopped working.
The targeting does not work, I cannot talk to Warriv, so I am basically stuck in A1 forever. I can talk to all other NPCs though

Hey, is there a chance the problem is from different versions show in game. Ingame its showing 3.0.91636 but in launcher it says 3.1.91636
“create new” leads to a black screen, only the logo in the bottom right.
“Esc” takes you back to the character selection menu.
I’ve fixed it to myself : go into - C:\Users\NAME\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected and delete everything there

The chronicle entries i found so far are all gone and the reward %-bars show all 0% again.
Warlock skill Cleave doesnt work like other melee-attacks. U should be able to press/hold down bar for attack instead of mouseclicking every enemy. When u hold down key/attack it onlt kill 1 enemy then run around and wont hit other nearby..

Also my main menu works incorrectly. I have black screen with my character and black screen when create new character, but i see all clickable buttons in it
Chronicle progress reset from 10% to 0%
the act 5 mercenary cannot wear weapons, can wear 1 x mythical sword but not 2 despite having frenzy and cannot wear 2 h weapons or phase blades so far.
chronicle broke sometime yesterday, eu sc non-ladder
New installs of the game won’t start. Tried two different pc:s, AMD 5500 6400 rx and 8700k rtx1070. Instantly returns to desktop after pressing play, no logo or anything followed by report card.
Had an old copy on the 8700k on a second drive which still works, albeit wglitchy graphics for sorc, druid.
Current install on third pc (9800x3d) run flawless.
Edit: Vanilla D2R btw.
I am now unable to enter (through GoMule) any character that I have once started a game with after the new install. I can still enter any other character that I have not yet played with after the update. I know GoMule is a 3rd party thing and not official, but still. For many it is a 100% must have to make the game enjoyable, at least if you are used to using it for many years. So please look into it if there is perhaps an easy fix from your side.
The characters that have loaded a game after the update are now showing as “Disconnected” in GoMule with no chance to either grab or add items from/to them.
