First i have a 7 Day work week behind me (I work 4 Shift). I wanted to play D2R today on my only free day but there issues yes but please calm down and stop talk %&$§ because u cant play. Problems can happen anytime and yes problems happen in work too but that is no reason to quit my work or abandon my company because the things don´t go i wanted to. So stay calm and let Blizzard do what they do.

Let me put it this way. If my team failed as catastrophically and as frequently as the team managing the servers of this game has over the past few weeks, I can guarantee you they would be looking for new jobs.
The issues are not even the worst part, the complete and utter lack of communication to customers who have just paid a not insignificant amount of money to not be able to access the product they have paid for is borderline anti-consumer behavior.

The same problem doesn’t happen at my work over and over again in just a few days, and definitely not without informing what the root cause is to our customers.

I understand your point Celticknife. I personally got issues the last 2 days but not for weeks. Ok Blizzard can communicate more and say ok we don´t know whats going on but this whould not change the situation. I think the problem lies on the repetitive logging in and out of the communitie for map reset and so 
I do not have a problem with the issues itself as well. But with their form of communication. They simply reroll the servers to an older stage. People lose time, gear and their mind. After the reroll Blizz writes via Twitter: all fixed. No it isnt, its just a rollback. Then you use the wheel of fortune. Maybe you have some hours to play or some days. But the next server crash and rollback is on the horizon.

Yeah we don´t work for Blizzard Arqon but i know that shit can happens in work. I know one thing for sure Blizzard don´t do this with intent. And Paulmuaddib i don´t work for Blizz

Since that isnt the case, complaints gets more and more justified.

Its not just offline servers. There was wave of rollbacks, ppl missing days or more than week of their character progress (XP/items gone) with nothing more than “hey, its gone, deal with it”.
