Can´t play: Crash to desktop just on main menu after upgrading gpu from rtx2080ti to rtx4080

Hi,

First of all, my specs are:
intel 12900k
32Gb RAM
rtx 4080
Windows 10

I was able to play with no problem with my previous card rtx2080ti.

I upgraded today the gpu to an rtx4080 and the game crashes just upon reaching main menu.

I uninstalled all drivers and installed them again.
My windows 10 is up to date with latest patches.
I uninstalled and installed the game but no luck. I also deleted the settings.json file for the game to create a fresh config file. No luck neither.

What could i do? I would really love continue playing this game.

Tried diablo 3: it works perfectly.
Also tried destiny 2 (not a blizzard game, i know…) and works well too.

So i think there is some bug in diablo 2 res? Please help.

Good news is, that we’re not aware of any issues with Nvidia 40 series GPUs. Can you please create a Dxdiag file, upload it to a Texthoster, like Pastebin, and then link it here.
