it started yesterday , I cant connect to US servers or PTR
I still have this problem and as always no answer from Blizzard or the answer is it is on your side it is wrong , the problem is never Blizzards
looks like i am server locked from US servers and PTR servers and has been since PTR 2.4 went live
EU and Asia servers are working fine for me now
I have tried everything
ohh yes , I can server hop and join a friends game on US server but thats it
If you’re able to run a connection test to the US servers for us we can try to see if there’s an issue with the connection, and better understand the problem.
and how do I attach those .txt files here
and i have the Blz-log , from both PTR and D2R
and they both shows a D2Backendservices error and both on US
[D2BackendServices/4] [<>:0]: D2BackendServices: error: 7 Error Source: 0 Error Value: 7 String: Cannot Connect to Server
You can simply post the text files into this thread for us to review.
There is a possible issue, can you log out of the Battle.net app, then change your region on the log in for the app to Americas, log in, and hopefully you should be able to access the US servers again.
