Hey everybody
just purchased Diablo II Ressurected yesterday. The transaction is complete in my history but i still can not install the game from my Battle Net client. Tried everything from deactivating my firewall as well as log out and log in again.
Anyone else had this kind of problem?

There’re no known issues here are you receiving an error message or is the install option not there?
In either case, you may be able to resolve this simply by clearing your Battle.net cache files:
- Press windows key + R
- Type %programdata%
- Click OK
- Rename the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders
- Press windows key + R
- Type %appdata%
- Click OK
- Rename the Battle.net folder
- Press windows key + R
- Type %localappdata%
- Click OK
- Rename the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

Hi, I have the same problem. Have done all you wrote, restarted the app. D2 resurr. appears as purchased, but is not shown in “My games”. When I click on it in “favourites” it says it is already in my library, but I have a sort of no access-sign on the library button.
Please help me to install it, ty

I found a solution. Before logging in to battle.net , the region of America is automatically selected, you need to change it to Europe. And then the “Install” button will appear.

oha, had a 3 day battle with support and u just fixed the problem with 1 line. legend. u should consider to take over the whole support team on ur own.
