As title asks. I’m on EU region of course, let’s say I want to buy/sell something on US server. Can I just change the region in the battle.net app and still have all my heroes and then trade or maybe even play on the US server?
Or will it be like D3 where you have to create a whole new character to play in another region?
ive traded with asians and US people.
When i did that, ive added them to my friendslist for short to be able to join their game.
Not sure about that launcher switching. At least you can play on every region with YOUR characters. Its not like D3

Yes. All your characters are available. I usually play on the US region later into the night when the EU lobbies are empty.
Your friends list will also show you if they are in a different region to what you have selected.
