Hello everyone,
I recently moved to mainland China and since then Diablo II: Resurrected on Nintendo Switch has become completely unplayable for me.
My Battle.net account is an EU account, but the game now appears to automatically route me toward China servers. Every launch results in a “Cannot connect to server” error.
The biggest issue is that I cannot even access offline mode anymore. The game tries to connect immediately at startup and completely blocks access to the game itself.
Current situation:
- EU Battle.net account
- Nintendo Switch version
- Living in mainland China
- Forced China server routing
- “Cannot connect to server”
- Offline mode inaccessible
I already tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Different internet connections
- Restarting router and console
- Changing Nintendo account region
- Logging in again
Has anyone else experienced this on Nintendo Switch in China?
Any workaround or fix would be greatly appreciated.
