Cannot join eu server [21/03]

Same Problem here. Took me 20 minutes to get logged in on EU. Asia and NA have no Problems. I am from Germany.

I have the same problem since about a month. Sometimes it works after restarting the game client 2,3,5 or 10 times. It only happens on EU servers. I play from Germany. It happens on 2 different accounts and computers.
It’s obviously a Blizzard side issue, can we get an intern or someone to actually read this and fix it please? Can a billion $ company allocate a few hours to fix such a huge bug?

Cannot join eu server all day. Its all ok switching on NA or Asia, but something wrong on EU. What the hell is going on. Its definitely blizz problem, not mine. Anyone more with that bug?

Same, got an error “failed to authenticate” or “cannot connect server” very often… Have to restart game few times before log in… It is more than a week like this…

How can this not be fixed?

80% of the times, it takes 4-5 game reloads before we can connect to europe server.

True, where is technicall support hidding? In a forest? What a petty company hires such uncompetent workers that (1) Can’t fix an issue for a month, on the smallest server they run! (2) can’t even give a feedback about the problem - whether they are working on it or do not give a s*t?!
Blizzard is a terrible company, true - i won’t buy any other game from them - but technical support, people working there - they are being paid for something! I PAID YOU you so do your JOB!

why is this still an issue , it only started happening with me 3 days ago but as ive been read up on it its been going for years??? wtf fire the person handling this they can literally copy paste from america or asia and change out a few ip’s what the hell

can barely connect … whole day long :frowning:

i can understand sometime it doenst work because of server load, but this is too long, and happens any hour of the day

Cannot Log in at the Morning, aftzer 2 Hours it works, play along.
Cannot log in again in the evening.

America and Asia server works fine, but EU server not join. Lots of fails when i try to join. Client restart solved problem int the past few weeks. But now i get more and more problems.

Couldnt play at all yesterday and today. Even deleted my online chars thats how bad it is.
