All day long I can not connect to battle net on xbox series x. Is it a server failure? Why can PC gamers play and we can’t? There is no message. Will it be fixed?

Same for me, have both versions. Can’t online login on XBOX.

Dollars to play on Xbox and switch but never can. The least they can do it keep us updated. Total scum

still cannot connect 
yesterday it worked for a while, today it does not work again 
Yeah it worked very late last night. I think console players can connect once there are no more PC players in queue.
On console you cant queue up, so dont expect any connectivity during normal playing hours. Atleast not untill they send out the next patch for consoles (wich is rumored to be in a week)
This is discrimination against console players… pc players are better being able to play and we are not?
Since yesterday i cant login with my Switch. Pc works fine.
You can look at it that way. It is definitly very poor customerservice, but I think it will be easier to get a refund if you go through microsoft/sony/nintendo instead of Blizzard directly so theres that atleast. (Edit) You can make a legitimate case of them selling you a “multiplayer game” but not providing servers to play online, Im pretty sure thats a breach of …something 
I bought D2R for both PC and Xbox and so far I prefer to play it on the console. Yeah the lobbysystem sucks but atleast it doesnt crash all the time, and performance is good for the most part. Teleporting through a zone with high fcr can be iffy but otherwise Ive had 0 problems on the old Xbox.
I did plan to buy it for Switch aswell but with this launch and the way Blizzard is handling it I will probably skip that now.
I also bought both - I use pc for trade and baalruns, but the console is more comfortable for me. Well, if it doesn’t work, why do I need two versions?
