Can't enter D2R

Hi guys and gals

Since I purchased the pack D2R+D3 I just can play D3. Not D2R. my computer shows an error just after clicking Play button in battlenet. Any help pls to fix this? With D3 no problems it works fine but I would line to play D2R again. I feel I got scammed.

No, it didn’t solve the problem. I hope theres no reason to think my computer is obsolete because I can run diablo 3. I will reinstall the game and let you know what comes next
