llevo mas de 15 horas y no son capaces de arreglar esto . me veo que hasta el lunes no se ponen manos a la obra . creo que solicitare el reembolso mira que no queria jugar al new world pero me parecen que me estan obligando . 15 horas y nada de ayuda

The issue was solved for some time during yesterday’s server restart, but it returned some 3 hours ago. Main character cant enter because of “character already on server”, and any other characters just get endless black screen upon creating or joining a game. Latest post on Twitter is 14 hours old. Please tell me that you are actually working on it, like right now, and estimate when a fix would be available. The worst thing in outages like this is if you have to wait and wait while having absolutely no idea when, if ever, you’ll be able to play again.

My group got the same problem we cant join any game since over 3 hours…

I have all the same stuff OP describes. Been about 6 hours for me personally

Main character stuck in game, region switches, restarts, nothing helps.

Other characters only get failed game creates. Either not connecting, black screen, or failed to create game.

I have the same issue.
Its seems, that I can create a new hc char and play with that.
Can do the same with classic and I can’t join a game.

Have the problem since 8 hours

Hallo Blizz-Team/Support-Team,
seit dem gestrigen Start /17 Uhr EU funktioniert das spielen (erstellen oder beitreten) so gar nicht. Mein erster erstellter Charakter befindet sich “in einem Spiel” … was natürlich nicht sein kann. Wird ein neuer Charakter erstellt und man möchte dann ein Spiel erstellen/beitreten dann erscheint bei mir ein dunkler Bildschirmoberfläche und es zeigt keine Reaktion. Ich kann lediglich mit dem Task-Manager das Spiel abbrechen. Dieses Problem habe ich seit 18 Uhr (23.09.21) … Ich möchte Sie und im Sinne der anderen Spieler bitten, hierzu klare Fakten zu schaffen. Wie ist der aktuelle Stand in Sachen Fehlerbehebung und wann können wir frühestens damit rechnen , damit das Spielen uneingeschränkt wieder möglich ist.

Imagine if a restart would mean a rollback for the servers and they cant fix it without a restart. They’d be stuck in the shitter, id love to see blizzard in that position. They simply dont care if some can’t play, because they have already paid. That is what matters to them
