Hello. One day my pc crush while gaming and after refresing the pc my character was deleted and i cant enter the game in offline wersion with addition lord of destruction. i can play characters without addition but not full version. Deleting and downloading the whole hame didnt help.
humhum same here .i keep saved characters and they reaper …but thats crazy man
I’m late to hte party, but you should try the NA forums. EU is deader than dead. 
Someone might have a solution there (NA).
