Cant split stack or pull scrolls frome tome

Cant find a post about this. So don’t know if its a general problem or just with me and my friend whom I teaming up with.

But shift-left click to split item stacks doesn’t work. We have tried all combos without luck. I have tried to load via American server (usually uses Europe server) to see if that did something.

Are there something I’m missing or is this feature not at part of the game any more?

Not sure if you ever figured it out - but I’m lost as to how to do this.

Whenever I hold shift then click on a stack of potions I just grab up the entire stack. There isn’t a window popping up to determine how many pots I’d like to move.
