i have this same situation with my Paladin i play in act 2 i go to last mission i this act take brake. after brake i lost my saved game and now i am on the second mission its sad… doo something with this
This just happened to me as well. I played for a few hours earlier today, quit the game as usual without any indication of anything being wrong, and now when I logged back on, my character had been pushed back several levels and a lot of progress in the game was lost.
And yes, this was an online character as well, so there’s most definitely something wrong with server synchronization or something.
This issue needs to be set to high priority, because it’s making the game unplayable. There’s simply no way I’m putting any more hours into it when I could lose all my progress completely out of the blue.
Yep, this needs to be fixed urgently. Also lost half my levels yesterday on my online character. The game isn’t playable right now. Playing on PC, happened on 2 different devices (mine and my partners). It looks like a server issue.
Same with me, was in start Act 4 and now i miss the last waypoint in act 3 and must kill Mephisto again.
Edit: Must add that i only have online characters

happened to me today. for the first time since release. played for a bit, logged out (save&exit), but the game crashed on logout. after relogging, the character was reset and everything from the session before was lost.
Hi this happened to me Once yesterday not long after rolling my bowazon and it happened when i logged back in today after work most of my progress on Act five has been wiped also im playing offline so would not expect this to happen
This thread is an old thread, about an issue that was resolved. The fact, that this happened to you in Offline, means, that there was an issue accessing the save file on your system. You may want to try a new admin account. If it doesn’t help, create a new thread.
