Have the Characters been rolled back?
My Chars are back at level 1 and I got a sudden Message screen stating that I hadn’t been online for the last 30 days, which I definitely was - even 5 minutes ago.
Yes and no, so for me I was rolled back to lvl1 and then it jumped around and now we’re trying to get back into the game.

It’s not just offline characters that are getting rolled back - it’s online ones too.
I just had the game error out on me while i was killing Baa’ls minions before the Boss fight. I was 30 something and when i reloaded the game im level 24 and back in act 3

I had something similar happen to me with “online” character; only no error messages. I was taken back from level 21 to 19 and went back from act 3 to act 2. Sent blizzard a message. Fat chance I will see a reply in any meaningful amount of time.

Same exact thing happened to me. Logged for a few hours came back to A2 from 3.

I started the game thinking I would start act 3 after logging out. Now back to act 1. Seriously. So annoying. Not sure I even want to play for a long time because who knows if I will wake up again to my progress gone again.

me a pasado lo mismo he pasado del acto 5 lvl 25 al acto 1 con nivel 14 por favor alguna solución.

This happens to me too!!! I lost 37Lv (87 to 50lv rolled back) and many good gears (at least for me). But there is no announce from Blizzard!?
