Can´t see my online carakters again

same here - only offline characters are available
it’s never been like this before though… this is unacceptable and we are not getting any feedback…
This is the second time this has happend today! I was reluctant at giving Blizzard any more of my money, and I should have stick to that! It’s always something. We payed 40euros for this game, and we all expect It to actually work! Shame on you Blizzard! You got the money, now fix the damn problem!!!

I can’t see my character since about 16h30 FR time… And just at the moment I have an error message “Impossible de se connecter au serveur battel net”…
40€ to be unable to play most of the time this week-end… I hope we’ll have a huge gift!!
