So I think I may know what happens to the chars, I linked my blizzard account to my playstation, I had a lvl 91 sorc with a bunch of really good stuff disappear. I have d2r on playstation. So it must have something to do with the accounts linking up it just deletes the chars like your starting fresh again. I also had a few other chars on there also dissappear. So I’m not really sure if they will ever come back from what I read on there seems like blizzard has no way to solve the prob just to blame it on us for deleting them.
