So instead of random server crashes where we couldn’t play for several hours, you now created a queue system.
There’s no grace period on the system whilst we all know d2r is known to inevitably crash several times per day for basically everyone.
I’d rather have several hours of not playing than a system where the game randomly crashes and we end up back in line for 30 mins + several times per day…
Time to step up Blizzard, get OUR money that you’ve collected rolling for decent servers for once.
