I’m having issues with constant lagspikes. Every 5 seconds or so, my ping goes from around 60-1000+. This is causing huge rubberbanding and desync issues, making the game extremely disorienting and almost unplayable. I’m not sure that the issue is server-side as my friends are playing with little issues, even together in the same online games. I really don’t know what to do as I have tested my connection outside of the game without packet loss. Any tips or help would be much appreciated. Edit: Forgot to mention that I’m playing as Javazon

Hey, just bought the game, and it is absolutely unplayable online, ping goes from 50 - 1018 and over… 
The download speed was 45 Mb/s though …
The only reason I got the game, was to replay it with friend and it is impossible.
Sooo dissapointed …
Might as well move on to New World …

Exact same issue, i thought it was my internet connection so i took my pc to my parents house and tried with their wifi, i even shared my 5g connection to try and connect still no change, i tried then using a vpn same results… trying to play with lag but it really sucks… please Blizzard do something!! Playing in europe!
I even prioritized the task in task manager, launched everything in administrator, i don’t know what else to do

Same here. In contact with blizzard support now. Switching from wifi to Ethernet didn’t solve the issue for me. Plugging the ethernet cable directly into the modem didnt help either. Going to write my response now, so they should be aware of the issue. Frustrating to have these issues with network/netcode when the game runs well, at least for me, in other regards.

Im getting in the same line as the people above.
Random spikes from 60 to 1k+ ping every 20 sec or so. Pretty much making the experience non playable
wifi/cable doesnt make any difference. Playing other blizzard games without any issues.

Same here (online char), random spikes of ping. Checked on two ISPs and two PCs… It has an impact on gameplay and some skills like for Barbarian WW: uncontrolled moves during WW and missing hits.

Same problem here. It is working fine for some of my friends, but for me… constant spikes and high ping issues. (cable also, different connection, turning off everything else on my PC, nothing works. )

I have the same Problems!
What i have done:
- Testing other online games
- Closing Firewall etc.
- Testing all server
- Update Drivers for most components (also router)
- Testing Solo-Game (no Multiplayer) → no lags
- Testing with friend in the same game → he has no problems
- Testing my internet speed (fast connection)
This seemed to be a blizzard-problem! In my opinion it also takes to much time to update the blizzard-start-screen.
Its hard to play the game with a volatile ping (30 - 1500).

Same problem here.
Its unplayable… Every few seconds my ping goes from 30 to over 1000, then drops back to 30.
I also tried many things to fix this Problem but nothing worked for me.
Tested my connection with multiple tools and its very clear that my connection is not causing this Problem.
Would be awesome if anyone finds a solution for this.

New experience:
Yesterday evening (Germany) it runs without big lags. The ping was near normal. At this moment i have big ping spikes.
Interessting: I use the skill fury (babar). With high ping i got no good fury. It seemed to be that he miss or dont hit the enemys. Inspide of dont klick the monster…just hold the mousebutton.
Me again:
Yesterday and today…same farm route. I need much more potions. It seemed to be that the monster hits me. But i dont hit the monster. A part of my interaction is going to lost.
Playing with a friend: For him my char perform very normal. I dont stand still before or after killing. Pls @ all, test this problem with a friend. What does he see?

You can’t play like this… And the technical support from Blizzard is useless like always
Any solution? Same problem here. can’t play the game for more than 3 to 10 minutres. “Your connection has been interrupted” all the time.

Same oroblem, EU. Everything was fine till yesterday, than suddenly my Ping jumps from 30 to 3000 randomly. Other games are fine, i checked my Ping online, was 18… all good. Must be on the Serverside. Its unplayable with a 3k Ping every 10 secs

Same thing here, gone over my entire network setup and no problem found.
Getting ping spikes from 10-15 to 1000+ every 30 seconds or so. Pretty much unplayable.
