Countess chest doesn't open

Just killed countess on NM. There was an animation of smoke after het death, it moved towards the chest aaand… Nothing happened. Chest is closed. Well done.

UPD: Another run. Same.

UPD: I’ve lurked a bit. Well, my bad, it was always like that. Maybe to many years passed since I last played, and I remember it wrong. :sweat_smile:

chest only open once when you are on quest. you may join game of other player that have that quest and do it - then it open.

Also if you were in game and someone was faster than you and killed her beforehand or quickly in random game - you have quest completed and no chest for you
