I play resurrected 2 months and got some stuff.
I played long ago 1.10 version for about 2 years and never got a rune above vex from monster drop.
I went cows a lot of times and did not get such good hr drop.
Some um mal ist did drop and once a cham rune.
I act 1,4 and 5 got the good runes Jah Sur and Lo.
How did you get the big drops on cows?
Nobody gets “big drops” from anywhere. There are just some rules. Games 3-8 players increase drop amount and quality significantly. So try mfing e.g. in a Baalrun game series (When people leave, follow them to next game number+1).
I’m not very active. But when I’m mfing, Im searching game series with 4+ players, just opening boxes and stashes at hell lower kurast. There was no ladder season I played I didn’t drop high runes there. In D2r I got Ber, Lo, Cham, Sur, Vex, Ohm from only there.
Because my equipment isn’t really good. But with Blizzard sorc in most cases I’m able to stay alive there and teleport is free skill.
What will never drop there is high end base items. Like berserker axe, warpike or sacred armor. These start dropping act4.

Dir ist schon klar, dass MF absolut KEINEN Einfluss auf die Droprate von Runen hat, oder?
Scheint mir nämlich nicht so … 
People do both mf runs and farming runes at the same time. Nobody is putting all their mf gear off to farm runes. The sweat spot is around 300-400 where you don’t loose much damage.

I got 3 Lo’s in 3 days and then a couple days later I got a Ber in cows.
Totally random. But it’s a good place, it’s where I’ve consistently found HRs at a higher rate
