Hi,
Game crashes just after the login screen when I try to enter the Harrogath. It happens most of time and only when I try to enter Harrogath.
Is there any solution for this? Because it’s really annoying to enter re-queue.

Here the same, only a complete new start of the bnet-client helps a little.
same, crashes all the time, no idea why it stops crashing sometimes.
it crashed yesterday 7:00 PM, started working around 8:00 PM, started crashing again around 10:00 PM, still doesn’t work in morning. absolutely no idea why it works or not on the same version of drivers\game files, since i’m tired of online crashes+queues and try to play offline
Same here, I crash every time I try to got to harrogath. Always worked up until today
Do you have any web browsers open in the background when you play? There have been reports this is a contributing factor.
Also are you perhaps near Malah? there is some transparent graphics that can cause crashes near by.
We have a Support Article with the most common fixes here, please work through those and make sure to try the Advanced Troubleshooting steps also.
How come that every answer from Blizzard is that the “problem” is on the client side?
Just admit the errors and try and fix them…
i’ve done everything, 4.5 hours memory test - no errors
i dont launch anything while trying to play d2r, its very unstable. im tired explaining whats wrong with this game over and over again.
loading to harrogath is crash
loading to other acts is 50/50 crash
save and exit is crash
entering waypoint is crash
getting error report on crash means loss of cube and everything left inside - i’ve done 4 voyages to halls of the dead on single character to recover cube time after time
doing whole act in single try is crash
trying to play online with friend is crash in 3 minutes after 30 minutes of queue waiting
its unstable like hell offline, unplayable at all online (thanks to map generator making sure it will take plenty of time to find this damned waypoint i’ve crashed on before, without saving waypoint data for sure)
Play again when this problem is solved, and I’ll let my friends know who asked me if it’s worth buying, so they don’t waste their money on a game full of crashes. Who knows when it’s running well.
