is there Cross play for D2R between PC and Xbox?
since i play on PC and my friend on Xbox.

Nope each platform can only play with their platform. D2R has Cross progression, which basicially only really supports something like the Switch, so you can turn off your PC, chill in your bed and keep on playing, till you’re completly out.
I got D2R on both console and PC the problem with console D2R is that there is no population paying multiplayer by putting Cross Play you significantly increase population and rooms were you can do cow runs, baal runs ex… We need this to happen!!!
