Does Twister convey crushing blow on hits cause it is physical dmg ?
Or count it as spell so crushingblow will not be applaid ?
CB is only applied to physical HITS as far as i know.

Yea, but they are, as you mentioned, spells. No attacks. Easiest way would to be testing it 
but i dont think it gets applied.
Cyclone and twister are physical damage yet physical damage enhancement does not apply while it should considering the tooltip. Blame Blizzard for another failure.
So what?! +cold dmg charms also wont work on blizzard or orb. thats the way this works.
Cyclone/Twister are SPELLS, so they dont profit from onAttack boni. simple as that.
but yea, as always: boohoo, blizzard is bad, and they are the reason why my little pp hurts… 
damage enhancement is for physical attack, not for spells .

i never boojooed ou blamed in any way. Just had a question i was not sure of ,
this is the kind where confusen is caused cause tornado and twister are physical attacks …
Maybe somerwhere people should start by saying applied only on melee atacks instead of pfysical attacks or something like this,
So there i would sell my crushing blow items cause i cannot get any use out of it.

To be honest, even some phys attack have some excludes for some damage sources, i.e. assasins kicks (+min, + max dmg, %damage demons/undeads and deadly strikes doesn’t work) or pally smite.
Crashing blow applied for melee or missile attacks, you have to hit something by swinging, throwing, or shooting a projectile to trigger CB. Both Tornado and Twister is not attacks but spells.
Barbarian can stack CB and have war cry shout. War cry shout deal phys damage. But it spell, so CB doesn’t applied to it. Same for dru and Tornado.

I would argue it isn’t a failure in itself, though it is in the game due to a different failure. What am I rambling about? Well if you ever levelled a melee (or phys Bowazon) you will know that your char’s damage is almost entirely dependant on their weapon. Compare to a spell-user whose damage is entirely dependant on the level of the spells and their synergies. A spell caster can essentially go naked and still do decent damage. To compensate we have all these little bonuses that weapon users can add to suppliment their weapon, or mechanics like Crushing Blow to help them keep up.

definitely no. If so, then you would see a bunch of druids to farm uber bosses.
