After the latest rollback everything looked good until I opened my bag. My cube is gone with the quest-items for Khalims Will in act 3 nightmare. My lvl and all other stuff is ok but cube gone with all the quest-items. How do i get help from Blizzard? I cant find were to make a ticket. The support-page is just making me run in circles.
I have played almost exclusively Blizzard games for the last 20 years. I have accepted all the problems that have been in the past games but this rolebacks with problems is a gamebreaker for me. Im very close to not touch battle-net again if they dont fix this asap…

same issue here. I did not lose any quest items, just a couple of lesser rejuvs. still; my cube was also missing.

Earlier today, i was playing a few hours. My friend tried to log in (same apartman), and he was unable to connect to the server. I was able to play along for a while more, then “Save, and exit”.
A bit later, i was unable to enter the game. No error, just a black screen, after the main loading. No character selection or anything showed up.
A few hours later, my Horadric Cube, and a nice Bloodletter (Sword) was lost.
The cube wasn’t even picked up from my chest! Only used for transformation, from the private stash.
The sword is the most disappointing miss. I know, its not the most advanced stuff, but it was an exciting thing! Finally something useful (for mid game).
This Battlenet connection bugs/errors, and “rerolls” gives the most disappointing “gameplay”.
No local play without the damn Battlenet connection, which i wouldn’t need with LAN.
No gameplay. Always in stress, what will be lost next time, when will be another connection issue, that prevents playing for whole days.
Paid. Can’t do anything. Nothing/no one protects players. No refound. Blizzard should rethink how it manages its projects…
Lost my cube too, Blizzard…you really need to take a long hard look at what you are doing…D2R won’t last long with issues like this.
im in the same boat, and i just had dropped an occulus which was on the cube on last diablo killed along with some jewerly and it is gone, ty blizzard
Before rollback I made a CTA 6-5-2
This is now gone + my cube + 2x Gul runes. Which I upgraded to vex, then to Ohm, in order to make CTA… Great game

When i login to game a couple minuts ago i dont have my Horadrim Cube in inventory.
Any ideas what happen?
Same here, lost my cube together with my spirit sword.
Did you happen to drop it on the ground? I was thinking maybe the snapshot came when I dropped it for like 10-15 seconds preparing for a cow run…

Sorry to hear that some of you have lost your Horadric cube and some other progress. Support is unable to check nor recover any items lost however both the horadric cube along with any items needed for quests can be obtained where they are picked up originally.

Pretty much figured as much. What this boils down to is that we’re basically playing online to gamble our time investment and hard earned loot, rather than have an enjoyable gaming session, is that right? If only nostalgia wasn’t such a powerful motivator, as is not being able to get a refund at this late a stage, so might as well play. Well played, well played indeed.
