In the forum, there is a topic providing the link to the refund page. You will receive a message that it’s not possible for your money to be refunded so you need to open a ticket from the same window and explain to them you have 0 hours and you can`t log in. They answer me OK and I wait for my money now.

On the same pop-up you have option to lock a ticket to Blizz. Use it and tell em you have 0 hours and no char created I guess. They will refund you.
and the best is, they don’t care about… best developer are already gone this company is broken… every game since diablo 3 is crap… literally crap… blizzard is fnished

What seems to be working for me is to close all internet browsers in the background, then I can log into the game consistently. Otherwise I always have a crash.
could you guys try and see if this works as a temporary solution?

My main is blocked " already in game".
And for when I create another Char, I cannot create a new game. I get stuck in loading screen, permanent black screen . I need to close process to realease desktop.

I wait… I am confident that the guys at Blizzard WILL HAVE TO FIND A SOLUTION … so I wait … I just hope that eventually, when everything is resolved, someone at Blizzard will have to think about WHAT AND WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED TO AVOID THAT UNDERTAKE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, MAYBE WITH DIABLO 4.

Solution only for laptops: disable the integrated v-card in the device manager. Priority settings in Nvidia control panel do not work. Only disabling.

so why are we angry? because the developers dipped in shit. it worked before for many of us in the beta and now we cant even get into the main menu. from that point until now you changed something so change it back. You inserted an avx check just remove it. What is the problem? where are your competent developers? did you fire them all? did you give them free time after a major launch? what is wrong with you?
