Considering my PC meets at least minimum ( mostly recommended system requirements ) sure my CPU isn’t great but it’s still above minimum according to their spec list yet here we are unable to even launch their game lol… THANKS BLIZ

I have the same problem.
Black screen and “the application has detected an unexpected error”, any idea what it could be or if there is a log with information?
Processor: I7-6700HQ
Graphics: GTX960M
OS: Windows 10 64bits
I don’t understand, the beta was perfect for me. I formatted the PC and now it doesn’t work for me (there are other games like “tales of arise” that are fine for me)

Same here. Beta worked fine. Today it wont even start.
Same here, super old CPU… I think from 2010 (first Gen i7 extreme edition). Do we all have this in common probably?

Same issue here. Played open beta in August on my PC without any issues, liked it, and pre-purchased the game. Now it is live and I can not even start it. The worst is, that there is no error code or anything else to see why the game is not starting at all…

Okay, so I’m no tech genie, but I somehow got it to work. I had the issue where, when I clicked Play, it would shortly turn black and then crash with an unexpected error.
As far as I know, I’m on some sort of Intel Iris Plus Graphis. I read somewhere it said i7 as well.
I went to the download center for intel drivers, and got the one for Intel Iris Plus Graphis. Downloaded the .exe file and installed it, then POOF. it worked.
Sorry I can’t be more specific but this at least worked for me.

Same. Nothing happens, no error message. when i press the game start button it says game is already running.
upgraded to windows 10 for the last 2 hours… still the same problem.
didn´t play or install the beta.
also old CPU from about 2010:

all system requirements are met.
could it be something else than the old cpu? perhaps an entry somewhere in the data because the first start of the gamw didn´t function because of whatever?
