the registry isnt the issue too. i delete all b-net. and osi… etc entrys … restarted and start bnet launcher again… the entrys for the launcher and most other are back and D2R didnt start further…

Game not starting anyway. Driver graficcard updated right now. TI 1650 Nvidia 6 GBit.
CPU i7 first generation . 8 GB RAM ,only SSD build in, Beta worked excellent. MSinfo and Diaxg reportet already to Custumer Support Blizzard. I am really disappointed. 32,99 Euro for watching > Nothing but the game button <. Reinstallation , repair tool wasn`t successful. WTF Blizzard get your old crew on board or you will fall endless.

Game is crashing after I create a character and click Play - A53394A6-C8F3-4FBC-BE15-A8784C2314AD ; E337D6FD-51ED-4398-B4BF-B7398E82C7F6
EDIT: This happen when the resolution is 3440x1440 fullscreen. When I change it to windowed and lower it then I’m able to load the game. If I try to change it back to 3440x1440 in-game, then the game crashes to desktop.

same here while clicking play button game running and after few seconds it returns to play button. repair files dont work uninstal and instal game didnt help too my cpu Xeon W3680 havent avx thats the problem hope they will repair this issue with scanning cpu …

Checked my regedit aswell, nothing from D2R. Current User , Current Maschine. no entry. just no clue

Could it be that my CPU cannot run AVX applications? Does someone have the same problem even though the CPU can?

my assumption it is either AVX or broken DLSS implementation for rtx cards

I suggest posting on the US tech support with a dxdiag that they requested for players pressing Play, says launching and then get a black screen. they are reviewing that info.
My system meets min requirements has AVX and I think meets recommended requirements. I had this problem in beta and got no response from Blizzard. I foolishly assumed it would be fixed by now.
I am disappointed that according to CS US they prioritised an issue with players not seeing their characters over those of us who can’t even get the game to run.
Same problem, win log says error 1005;
Play button->Launching->In game->active Play button

Облом такой же. Просто лучше уж нервы приберечь, ибо от нас уже ничего не зависит. Надо терпеть, как завещал вождь! От бомбежа лучше не станет, игра все равно не запустится пока
Тупое молчание поддержки раздражает, люди часами ждут. Напишите хотя бы когда зайти в октябре или к новому году.
