D2R ground textures resolution tied to in-game resolution

Hello it seems like ground textures in game are somehow tied to screen resolution. I’m running game on Ryzen 7 5800h, 16 gb ram, rtx 3060, windows 11, i have textures quality, and other options set to very high/high, on 1080p and there is a huge difference between quality of ground textures vs other objects textures, i have noticed that if i DSR my resolution to 1440p ground textures quality is fixed, sadly D2R doesn’t support exclusive Fullscreen mode, so DSR can only be enabled via upscaling desktop for diablo to read higher resolution. Iv tried in-game resolution scaling, and ground textures are affected by this method, until i restart the game, after restart i have to change scaling by any number up or down to “trigger” ground texture to load higher resolution version. Is there any consistent workaround or fix to this issue?
