D2R takes a long time to launch

Hi,
today afternoon , the app takes a long time to launch.
before 3"
now 50-70"

afternoon a crash on d2r and after problem begins.
i try to repear files - no problem detected
i unintalled it and install again - same problem
i try an other pc logging- same problem

AMD ryzen 5 3600
AMD RX 5700XT
ram 32

This sounds like security software scanning the files thoroughly. Have you tried disabling or temporarily removing your security software to see if the problem continues?

effectively by uninstalling bitdefender, everything goes normally.
But i can’t tourn off my software scanning everytime

Try to config a exception in Bitdefender for D2R.

i tryed it but it doesn’t work.
so I’m back to native antivirus w10, but no sure it’s as efficient ?

Thanks for confirming that removing Bitdefender helped you. It might be best to get in touch with Bitdefender support for assistance on this.

Don’t run an Account with Administration Rights for normal day Usage.
Normally you don’t need an additional Antivirus nowadays.
