The game won’t load from the Battle Net launcher. I click “Play,” it tries to start, and then immediately crashes with “application encountered an unexpected error.” Game was working a few days ago and I haven’t changed anything with my desktop.

same here and after i contacted the support first the bot replied with a template then Pyro so called agent responded with a template saying he is sorry for the template of the bot and after 2 replies and 6 days of waiting i got the exact same template from Pyro

same for me. I tried everything firewall, system updates exc… with win11
so dissapointing issue
