im quite new to D2R in forhand, but yesterday i saw something interesting when i watched a streamer. Does the weapon Set 2 you can equip (W) give you any of its perks while not equipped / worn ? - I always thaught it wasnt working out, while i tested it i could have sworn it wasnt working. But this guy was the second streamer who did that and was talking about it… Am i missing something out here? I cant really tell if its working or not…

Second set is ignored and considered unequipped.
True, but many use it for a quick swap either for monsters you cannot kill with normal weapon setup or for increase on a skill or make use of a skill possible like the Barb shout one. The skill will stay active for its normal duration whether you swap back to regular weapons or not. I suspect that is what those streamers did.
