So I was wondering if Sorc skill Hydra benefits from - fire res on items? E.g. Flickering Flame runeword or fire facets or Phoenix shield.

Well, I did look the patch notes and it says that Sunder mechanics does affect summons but didn’t find information about - fire res.
Do you think you could tell me where did you find this information?

I want to create a Flickering Flame and don’t want to waste a Vex or to respec to another fire build.

you can only craft flickering flame in ladder, it wont be made in non ladder

Of course. I’m talking about ladder. But that doesn’t change the the actual question.

Testing against the mobs with mephisto
i worked it out at about 4 seconds faster to kill mephisto with flickering flame over full tals set and about 17 seconds quicker Full clear speed over tals
