EU non-ladder Hell — 50+ trifecta runs, no key drops (terror / destruction / hate); switched to Americas — keys drop immediately. Someone had same issue?
Issue or just RNG, bad luck, probability, destiny…
Impossible that is just a bad luck.
Lately, all the runewords I’ve been rolling on PC on EU are coming almost at a minimum, while on PSN, almost all of them are high or even near-perfect. However, I’ve also managed to roll perfect or near-perfect runewords on EU Battle.Net PC in the past. I’d say it’s a combination of luck and bad luck; things can’t always go well, and they can’t always go badly. I also sometimes think the game is being rigged by someone at Blizzard, but I also realize it’s impossible for Blizzard agents to be behind the games of millions of players; there aren’t enough of them. So it’s a matter of luck and bad luck. Maybe there’s an algorithm behind it, but we can’t know for sure.

I tried to investigate it with a Chat GPT and his conclusion was that is not possible even in math. Moreover told me that in the previous patches was same issue on EU server.
Well, well, considering what YouTube’s algorithm can do, I wouldn’t be surprised if the GPT chat response in this case was a bit misleading. There’s a lot you can do in mathematics, especially when it becomes statistical, and 2+2=6.
