Been getting this message for 2 days, any help?

Sorry to hear that you’ve been having some issues getting online. This can mean that you may be logging onto the wrong Battle.net account so please do check this by relogging on the Battle.net application.

If this isn’t the issue, please close as many background applications as possible. Similarly, it is well worth removing any connection related applications such as VPN’s, security soft, or shaping/control apps like Web Companion or GameFirst.

If the issue persists, please upload your system files to pastebin.com and reply with the links to the files using the preformatted text option to encapsulate the links.

Thing is, it works with normal d2r, and worked the first day of the patch. Now i get this error and cant get in, I will upload my files but cant see the point when it works with normal d2r and hearthstone also works.

Thanks for getting back to us. It sounds like you are talking about the PTR. This closed 4 days ago which would explain what you are seeing.
