What can i do for playing my bought game?

I had the same issue for two years now. Always coming back after week and failed to Authenticate. After countless hours debugging retry, trying different authentication methods somehow I got logged in, but the next day I had the same problem.
I finally tried the recommended steps from support.
That did it! At least for this case, If you encounter something similar go the Firewall Setting s and add an Exception rule to the blizzard App. No issues since then. Even tho the occasional succuessful login before still worries me.
