Failed to enter game

Getting the error “Failed to enter game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again.”

Been like this for almost 16 hours. I can’t join games at all, not even with a new character.

Support ticket system places me in a loop that won’t let me submit the ticket, thus posting here.

Put in a ticket here; Contact Support - Blizzard Support.

We need to get this on someones radar because as of now all of blizzard has been MIA.

Same issue still in game.
After disconnect character disappears, after client restart this message
