I am playing Diablo 2 ressurercted classic mode and when i try to transfer my items to another char i simply create a passworded public game and do it there. However there is a sometimes i cant connect with my second char to the game, and when this message shows up, all my dropped items from main char are gone forever 
This happened to me second time already this weekend. What i do is i drop my items i leave the game, and enter with other char so i can transfer items. Any chance blizzard can give me back those lost items?
Update: i figured out allways the same character got in trouble, so the problem was some names are blocked by blizzard from joining games. This is very bad solution, as i was able to make a ladder char with that name, but joining games are forbidden?
