Game still won’t launch. It’s been more than 2 weeks and blizzard hasn’t moved an inch. either money back or fix the game.

Won’t work for me either. Its been 11 days now.
Blizzard should not be keeping us in the dark like this.

do you have the problem with : push the play button and then nothing happens? while the bnet app says : playing.

No. My crash happens just after the character creation screen, as the level is loading.
I get an ‘unexpected error’ message with a string of numbers underneath.

That’s the issue I am having right now. By now I tried everything including the odd “uninstall all RGB software”.

For me it never starts, I reinstalled whole game, tried using repair files and updated graphics drivers nothing helped, now I dont get no error message no more it just deonst start

same here, cant start the game. Battlenet returns after some seconds. no message
Reinstalled, used “scan and repair files”, drivers alle up to date…
Stolen from another post, this is what finally worked for me:
- Search for msconfig in the Windows searchbar
- Go to services tab and check the Hide all Microsoft services box
- Disable the remaining services and restart
- Game finally launched for me
- Now I have to turn on the disabled services one at a time to identify the culprit
