Hell Baal Q Complete - cannot enter portal cannot complete game

Hey,

I killed Baal in hell, Tyrael did not appear and no portal was created but my quest was completed.

Now when I kill Baal again and Tyrael does appear he has a ! but I cannot click on him or the portal.

Technically I’m guessing my character has not completed hell, She does have the Matriarch title but cannot open cows.

Any ideas?

You complete the quest with killing baal whether you click Tyrael or not.
If you can’t open cows you prolly was in Cowking Killgame before

I thought this but after an internet search it appears in D2R you can kill the cow king as much as you want and you can still open cow portals

Sounds weird…
Guess i’m not a big help but yes - In D2R you can kill the Cowking without worries - you can always open cowruns.
