Horrible performance, fps drops

Hi,

I have problem with performance. My laptop HP Omen 15 (R5 4600h, 1660 TI, 16 GB RAM, 512 SSD) should play game in high graphic settings in fhd above 60 fps. And it is, but only in first 15 seconds in game. When I create a game, fps are ~80-85 fps in town. After ~15 seconds with no interaction, they are dropping to 3-5, then to 15-20 and that’s all. I can’t do nothing. Changing graphic settings in this moment, doesn’t work. Next case, I create a game, i’am opening the for example eq oraz cube and bang again dropping. They are constantly jumping from few fps to 30-35. The game is not playable (only working the legacy mode, but common…). I tried reinstall Windows in clean installation, i have up to date all drivers, no process running background like Fraps, GeForce Exp, XBOX Bar etc.

i have same problem. i kan run i town ok. but just with a few mobs, the game stutters in frames. even with 50fps or more, and a low ping. the frames stops, and pauses for seconds.

I removed practically everything including Bitdefender Security. Now the problem is starting no after 15 seconds, but 40-45 seconds. Ofc. just standing in city. Without patch, i don’t see this…
