Could be one of the biggest things Blizzard overall can do, not with it’s “MVP’s” with actual Blizzard Reps. You know the way Blizzard used to do things.
What else might help the site is if Blizzard stopped releasing broken content, or broken products to its customers, then refusing refunds on these broken products, D2R is only one of them.
Another thing the site might want to focus on is the broken record responses given by support. When one has done what’s requested by support over 6 times and they still give the same “fix” over and over and over, then it’s clear to the customer that support is not reading the actions already taken and given by previous reps, this is your job, do it.
Another thing that might help the site, stop merging topics, solely because you want to. Keep each topic as the individual topic, merging these topics is downplaying how bad these topics really are.
Another thing that might help, retrain ALL of your customer support, tech support, site support, they are doing a piss poor job at customer relations, forgetting the customers pay for YOUR jobs, treat us like shit and Blizzard will have to cut jobs based on loss of customers.
