If you payed with paypal you have buyer protection. Explain to them that this game is basically a scam. Also in my case there is a law in germany that says you have a 14 days refund window for anything bought online including software or license to use software without stating a reason. So Blizzard can take their 2 hours playtime ToS and stick it up their butt because they sold the game in germany which means they have to abide by the law here.
I went this path and got my money back. My account will be banned soon because of this (which will happen to you too if you do this!) but obviously I dont care. Also this post will be closed soon too because we all know blizz doesnt like reading the truth. Hope all those ppl who want their money back will get it and anyone who is still having fun with this game I wish good luck to you
