depends how u paid.
use PP or your CC provider. just show them the blizzard post on twitter.

Are you sure you can refund if you payed with paypal? I would actually like to try it because I am done after todays crash…

Its activision, no refunds allowed.

If you use paypals dispute, you may get your moneys back but all other games on same account will be instantly banned.

i really feel stupid that i gave them money again.
after 3 weeks (got vacation just for the release) ERROR 37 diablo 3 i said something similar.
dont be stupid like me! dont stop the boycott!

hola buenas , les e comprado un coche que cada 10 kms se para y quiero que me devuevan el dinero , no no se puede porque usted a conducido ya 70 kms , ya pero es queaunque lo haya probado a ver si por fin iva veo que esto no va , y no voy a estar cada 10 kms parando. pues la misma mierda es esta
