First or second Hell cow run netted me a Vex. Couple days ago I got a couple of Lo’s from there too. One was dropped and the other came out of a rock I flipped over. Almost ignored it thinking it was an Io, didn’t think I could be that lucky.
Council members as in travincal ! Not that many! Maybe around 150-200 runs 
Nice. Yesterday I did get 2 Ist runes in ONE Pitrun. Highest rune i have atm. Second highest for me is 1 Um.

Are you doing pit runs in multiplayer by yourself or are you joining games with other players? Just wondering if they are worth doing online without any other players in the game.
I was farming HCS for this week near 5-7 hours/day. Pul mal is my best. Something rly wrong with drop rates. At start i fond Lo ohm ohm vex gul in first 2 weeks after start of D2R. Cant b so unlucky.
LoL, with your drops you will be served until the next 1000 games. No need to cry, you got more than anyone else

yesterday got a random SUR @ cows. so yeah, its just random low rate drop.
I found vex gul 2ohm sur Lo Ber! 
All that is needet patience! For the once doesent found yet!

Just got an UM from running to diablo, trash mob dropped it
how many runs you’ve done guys?
I did ~100 cows and found only 1 Gul and 1 Sur
U won the lotto then, 100 cow runs are like 3-4h playing.
As far as I notice, the rune drop rate is as it was.
Only the item drop rate in hell reduced.
