at the start we were told to get our beloved unchanged diablo 2 game back
the one change blizzard would do and promised
was “the IMPROOVED grafik” That´s all right with me as of this moment.

after weeks of game time…unfortently it turns out to be nothing.

i played diablo 2 (original) at the start year 2000 around.
after some years me and my husband made
detailed lists of farm runs
with drop chances and so on.

in original
we had and still untouched have the chance to find all items
a high rune was normal to drop at some runs

in diablo 2 resurrected
it´s not possible to find a good rune or item

again: me and my husband are farming seperate from each other
on seperate server

“we got massive Magic Find”

i remember when i joined a diablo run with random people
they where blast and abselutly screaming because of a once in a lifetime
JAH Rune.
i asked my self “why are they so hyped about this??” in diablo 2 original
was a high rune to drop not that special.

AND THATS THE POINT BLIZZARD
many !! when not all!!! players truely believe that the drop chances of finding good stuff
where manipulate
and as the weeks went by
i do believe it my self

when some gold item drops after a decade of time farming
it turns out to be a crap one nobody really need it.

and thats ruins the joy of the game totaly
the drops are about 0,01% i think.

thats not even funny…it became frustrating

you want the players to enjoy the game and hold them for long

but making/manipulating drop chances to 0,01% isn´t the way to make this work.

players need a (good drop chance of finding gold items along with the successfull feeling at the end of a day of farmin …to stay.

in diablo 2 resurrected
we over and over just had a
“just screwd again” feeling.

i rather play diablo 2 Originals with old grafik but good drop chances
than this frustrating diablo 2 resurrected

the grafik isn´t the important thing for this type of game
the most important thing is the drop chance of finding good items along with the successfull feeling at the end of a day of farmin.

diablo 2 resurrected gives nothing from these 2 things.

i personally feel screwed over.

WE ARE GOING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL

These fake account mods spamming the forum, constantly blaming other players for the shit experience they are having because of Blizzard…
Blizzard, just stop. It’s enough that there are no official blue replies anywhere in this forum, but using fake accounts to manipulate the community? Please.

For example people posting ‘Did you out already? Because I’m still in queues and want to play.’ or ‘bye :slight_smile: -need more characters-’ or in general posting that the game is fine and people should chill out.
You see those posts EVERYWHERE in EVERY post complaining about this absolute garbage situation.
No normal human being could ever be OK with what Blizzard is doing. It’s ridiculous. There’s no way those replies are from actual people.

can i have from you both the “low” runes?

why you write about your mf and runes? mf have no impact in rune drop. so why you think it is importand?

i play 99,9% solo in d2r. i have found so far jah, ohm and some mals. do you tried to farm a bit in the cow level?

and the other part. high ruens not special in the old d2? wth??!!
i played d2 a lot around version 1.10. the only reason highrunes was not that special is because of the duper.
a real selffound high rune was special.
i played thousands of hours. solo with my gf in this time and friends. and found in all the time only one zod and one jah.
till now i never have selffound a ber.

high runes was and is special. maybe you found more because of a good equiped char? if you have a high killspeed you will find faster things.

start the original from the scratch like d2r and look again.
if you find rly this fast a high rune? let us/me know.

look at the drop rate in diablo 2 original (take just to days and farm there)

than go to over to diablo 2 resurrected and take two days and farm there eather.

you must be blind when you truely believe
that there is no difference

and for those who just bullying players like me in cyber ground because a have my opinion…you are one of the exact reasons why i am leaving.
nobody needs and nobody likes bullys…and thats why these people have to play alone and just searching for threads to let there frustrations out on peaople like me.

you are nothing. no one knows you. no one cares if you play or not.
if i tell you i play or dont play. does this effect you in any way? no because you dont know me. i dont know you.

99,9% of all d2r dont know you. so why do you think you have to post this?

you tell other to test something. i told first. test it on your own.
create a new account on d2 original and play. like you told. 2 days. no items from your other chars/accounts. no help by player you know in this game. just like the start in d2r. and test again the same on d2r.

after this post a report. how much runes you found there and here. this would do something for the community and you are beginning to be importand and not just a noname :wink:

Yes. It’s people needing an outlet for this giant shithole that Blizzard created. That Blizzard created AFTER destroying the Warcraft 3 remaster.
The customer support and game are so bad that it’s hard to believe, and people get mad, that’s normal.

What’s not normal is some community manager fake account trying to calm people down, saying that everything is fine - no - actually THE PLAYERS are wrong.
Yea sure, maybe there would be more blue posts here if managers weren’t busy fake posting.

Exactly what every conspiracy theorist says. “My opinion”, “I feel”, “I know the truth, YOU cant handle it”. Seriously?

Many players (me included) don’t notice any difference at all.

Granted, I mostly play solo, duo or trio online with friends on ladder back in the day. So no /players 8 for me.

Maybe they broke something when they enabled ladder only stuff in SP. I don’t know how drop tables are coded and if there where any differences in SP/Ladder in LoD regarding drop tables aside from the ladder-only items.

I’m sure someone in here has deeper knowledge about that then me. Could it be possible that ladder drop tables in SP behave differently then the original SP droptables?

tbh i never played hardcore the old version. im playing hardcore resurected and i have to say after alot hours i have till the frist and th20 around 2-3 runes or each rank. but only 1 one mal (th23).

i farm mausoleum , pit 1 & 2 and maggot lair 2 & 3. andy and mephisto.

runes looks so hard to get
