I was silent for the first two days. Things like that can happen. But now it is the 4th day in a row…for some it’s the 5th day. This is unacceptable! I want my money back. Tried to refund this menu simulator but the support declined. “YoU’vE aLlReAdY uSeD oUr PrOduCt”…Yeah, that’s the problem…i can’t use it anymore…for 4 days straight! -.-

Almost every day the server is down. I don’t have a lot of time to play anyway so now it is impossible for me…

Does anyone know what happens to my character if I refund the game?
Are the characters deleted? Will they still be there if I buy the game again?

I think I know what the issue is and I think I know why Blizzard is not communicating the issue with us. This is a cheater issue a cross-progressing issue. Assholes are already trying to find holes in the system and illegally generate items on their consoles and then move it to PC. Right now I am playing the game but I cannot identify any items and every time identify issue shows up, the servers go down. I beg Blizzard to cancel the cross progression and remove the cancer from our PC community and solve the problem once and for all. For all you dirty cheaters out there, I wish you all the worst in life. I would have been much more graphic with my wishes but you are not worth the ban. Thank you

I bought this game ONLY to play with my husband and friends, many years ago I used to play with my family the old Diablo2. I thought I can experience same and have fun again in the new version.

As a very capable software developer if I let that much downtime of a service I’ve developed, I’d probably be already fired more than 24h ago. What the fuck is happening? This is unbelievable … I believe you are a bunch of incompetent slackers. Just saying sorry isn’t alright in this situation. Not to me.
