Are you aware that the menu and the cinematics exist? you can easily spent 500 hours enjoying this part of the game without ever even entering Sanctuary.
There is an incredibly large and committed playerbase that focuses on watching the credits and doing nothing else in the game. Why can’t anyone just be happy clicking the chat gem? The chat gem alone is worth 40€
edit: on a serious note: Blizzard wanted Blizzard North to implement Multiplayer on battle net on DIABLO 1 as a core feature! so saying the game was intended for single player is just feeding into a narrative and making excuses for a company who apparently cannot release a working game

srsly - i could understand one day of problem… but ffs this is another server down event… its unacceptable for company who operates online games for over 20 years… fix it now and fix it permanently or refund!!!

Think it might be time to start a refund petition towards blizzard. this is ridiculous. 5 days of server downs and before that random crashes for 2 weeks since release.
think its about time Blizzard start do some refunding and close down the game for a new release date.
