Anyone else just got one? I asked for one but only the auto evaluated one and was denied and suddenly days later I get one. Strange. Hmm… Wonder what triggered that all of a sudden.
it is a new way to fix the server load.
let people refund so there are less people on the servers 
although it might be people crashing it on purpose
Same here - two days ago I’ve send refund request and it was denied with reason of too much play time. Yesterday I tried again and they agreed.
“None of your orders are eligible for refund”
That was what mine said. I didn’t ask for one again. I just got refunded out of the blue a few days later. 
How much time did you guys play? And what did you do to get this refund?
I played a bit tbh. Got to lvl 83 on a sorc. I did an auto refund on the Blizzard site and it denied it due to too much playtime. I don’t know what triggered the refund after that. But I’m not complaining. Just found it odd.
I get my sorc to 84, then they rolled her back to 61, so technically should be less than you. Still no refund.
And how do you even write on forum, if you dont own the game?
