I wish they would add some features the community thought about. Like endgame portals that are even harder than hell for more exp and better drops. Splash damage for melee so it can actually compete with big aoe spell caster builds.

This game is already dead, it was a cashgrab for nostalgic millenials who played this as teenagers, back when the modem dial-in sound gave you goosebumps of excitement.
Their stance is pretty much: if you want more/changed content go on nexusmods and play SP. There is no way they add any PD2-like content, because that would be like passively admitting that some homebrew guy can do better work than their high-salary employees.
Most you can expect is some number tweaks here and there and a new runeword every other ladder, that no one who doesn’t bot or jsp will ever be able to create.
Yawn.
And nothing wrong with that. They gave us an incredibly good looking remake of the original and it was worth the money.
Anything they do extra is the cherry on top. They won’t be getting any extra money so we can’t demand anything from updates.
I would pay a sub fee day one, if they would make a great ARPG in the Diablo universe.
Just repainting an old game to grab some money feels like buying a nicely done car from a car dealer. At the end you feel ripped off.

Yeah agreeing with Kandrax, they can add fricking maps, stackable currency stashes so you need maybe 3-5 instead of 10000000000000000 mules, ladder exclusive events and what not yada yada yada it doesn’t matter. Because as long as jsp, e-pvpers and all the other scum thrash sites exist, which make botting even more lucrative, cause (from what I’ve heard) you can earn actually decent money with it running like 5+ pindlebots on autopilot till they get banned after 1 of the 2 yearly banwaves, but the damage they’ve done in ladder eco and profit for the cheater are in the thousands. Hell even the ladder start is as FRESH as a 20 year old rotten apple, thanks to the BS forumgold clownfiesta system which you can literally just buy with money and doesn’t reset.
TL:DR As long as jsp exists, botting and forumgold ruining every ladder from day 1 and it’s not worth playing, unless you’re a botting piece of 
yourself.
Yes please, give me all of that. I’ll be living in paradise with stacked runes while you will all cry in corner about bots and other people having more items than they should.
